Framing & Wall Decor Options

Proprietary Reveal® Foam Center

InSite® Heat Activated (HA) foamboard features an extruded polystyrene foamboard with clay coated liners, one of which is a smooth clay-coated paper on one side and neutral pH heat activated (HA) adhesive on the other. Heat activated foamboards are designed for use in mechanical and hot vacuum presses as well as heated roll laminators. Since InSite® HA board comes with a layer of smooth, evenly applied adhesive coating it is ready to use out of the case by eliminating the need for rolled mounting tissues or films. This saves both production time and money, whether a single custom mount or large production operation.

InSite® HA Bonds at 165°F-70°F in 45-90 seconds in a mechanical press; 165°F-70°F in 3-4 minutes in a hot vacuum press; and at 290°F at a speed of 1-2 feet per minute using a hot roll laminator. InSite® HA board is available in either white or black versions, and it is ideal for heat tolerant paper, newspaper, poster images and RC photographs.

InSite® Reveal® HA board comes with a layer of smooth, evenly applied adhesive coating and is ready to use right out of the case, thus eliminating the need for rolled mounting tissues or films.
